Bonus for changing points in Aeroplan

Through September 9, 2012, Aeroplan is offering a bonus when you transfer points from its hotel and car loyalty program partners into Aeroplan miles, you score bonuses of up to 10,000 miles. The participating partners include Best Western Rewards, Club Carlson, Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Wyndham Rewards, Accor Le Club, Coast Rewards, Choice Privileges, Shangri-La Hotels and Hertz. It's not the best offer, Aeroplan did a better one last June. However, this can be an advantageous way to change points not really used in Aeroplan.
